Subject	Question about stock wastegates.

Message	When I purchased my z about 10,000 miles ago my stock turbos were boosting at 12 psi max on the stock boost gauge (not sure how accurate it is in the first place). Recently it started boosting 14+ psi on the stock gauge. I'm worried I'm going to blow my turbos at this point. I'm guessing my actuators are failing. Anything else that would cause this? Do I need to adjust them? The car is bone stock besides a pop charger.
